How to assemble the Ferrero Rocher Blondie:

  1. Once you have made the blondie batter, pour the batter into the prepared pan, using a spatula smooth over the top to create an even layer.

  3. Place the Ferrero Rocher halves gently on top of the blondie, pressing them slightly into the blondie batter to ensure they adhere securely.

  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool fully in the pan. Remove from the pan, slice into as many pieces as you like and enjoy!
