Ingredients

Oreo Cookie Slice

• 115g Unsalted Butter (Melted)
• 135g Brown Sugar
• 55g Granulated White Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
• 275g Plain Flour
• 1 Tsp Baking Soda
• 1 Tbsp Corn flour
• 1/4 Tsp Salt
• 150g Oreos (Roughly Chopped)
• 200g White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

Oreo Cookie Slice

1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (Fan). Grease and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and both sugars until combined.
3. Add the egg and vanilla then whisk again until combined.
4. Fold in the flour, baking soda, corn flour and salt until a dough forms.
5. Fold in the Oreos and white chocolate chips until evenly combined.
6. Pour the cookie dough into your prepared pan and pat down until evenly spread using a spatula or your hands.
7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
8. Allow to cool in the pan.
9. Slice into as many pieces as you like.
10. Enjoy!
