Oreo and White Chocolate Cookies
These Oreo and white chocolate cookies are soft, chewy and perfect for Oreo lovers! My family absolutely loved these and were constantly coming back for more, they hadn’t even made it to the cookie jar. These cookies are super easy to make and took me about 15 minutes to prep the cookie dough, less then 10 minutes to cut the cookie slices and about 15 minutes to cook them, simple as that.
Baking Tips:
Combining the Oreos and White Chocolate: Only fold with a spatula until just combined, if you keep mixing the dough it will start to turn grey from the Oreos.
Refrigerate cookie logs: It is important you make sure to refrigerate these cookie logs for at least an hour, it makes the slicing process a lot easier.
Cookie amount: You can cut as many cookies as you want, however the thicker the cookie the longer it will need to be in the oven. Mine were regular thickness and only needed 15 minutes to bake.
