A delectable treat that combines the rich flavors of Tim Tam cookies with the creamy texture of fudge.

Ingredients

Tim Tam Fudge

• 395g Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 375g Milk Chocolate Melts
• 300g Milk Chocolate Tim Tams (Roughly chopped)
• 100g Milk Chocolate Tim Tams (Roughly chopped to sprinkle on top)

Instructions

Tim Tam Fudge

1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. Place the condensed milk and chocolate in a medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave in 30 second bursts (stirring in between) until melted and combined.
3. Working quickly fold in the 300g of roughly chopped Tim Tams until evenly combined.
4. Pour the Tim Tam fudge mixture into your prepared pan, evenly spreading.
5. Sprinkle the remaining 100g of chopped Tim Tams on top, gently pressing them into the fudge.
6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
7. Remove from the pan and cut into as many pieces as you like.
8. Enjoy!
