Kit Kat Fudge Slice

This super easy Kit kat fudge slice is delicious and super chocolatey, complimented with a Kit Kat crunchy base. Made within 30 minutes and only with three ingredients: Kit Kats, condensed milk and chocolate!

This recipe is also very customizable, you can choose and combine whatever Kit Kats you love, and make whatever pattern you like for the base. This is a fun, yummy and super easy recipe to make.

Baking Tips:

• Kit Kat flavours: This recipe is very customizable; you can use any flavoured Kit Kat you love.

• Kit Kat base: Make sure you have laid your layer of Kit Kats in the base of your pan before making the fudge, as the fudge will harden as it cools.

• Microwave slow: Stick to 30 second microwave bursts when making the fudge or else you could potentially burn the chocolate.

This Kit Kat Fudge slice is super easy with only three ingredients. Perfect for anyone who loves fudge or Kit Kat bars!

Ingredients

Kit Kat Fudge

• 180g Baking Milk Chocolate Block (Chopped)
• 180g Baking Dark Chocolate Block (Chopped)
• 395g Can Unsweetened Condensed Milk
• 170g Dark Chocolate Kit Kat Block
• 170g Milk Chocolate Kit Kat Block
• 170g White Chocolate Kit Kat Block

Instructions

Kit Kat Fudge

1. Grease and Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, allowing two opposite sides to hang over.
2. Carefully break up the Kit Kat blocks to have singular pieces. Line the base of the square pan with the Kit Kats in any order you desire.
3. In a microwavable bowl, place the milk, dark chocolate and condensed milk. Microwave in 30 second bursts (Stirring in-between) until fully melted and no lumps.
4. Pour the mixture over the Kit Kat base (the mixture will be quite thick) and smooth over the top with a spatula.
5. With the leftover Kit Kats from the base, roughly chop them up and sprinkle all over the top, gently pushing them into the fudge to help stick.
6. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely set.
7. Gently remove from the pan and cut up as many squares as you like (I cut 16).
8. Enjoy!
